House Rules

We kindly ask your attention for some practical information that is useful during your stay.

Check in/out
Normally check-in is between 4.00 and 7.00pm. If you have a delay during your journey, we would highly appreciate you informing us about potential delays. Upon arrival we will need your passport, or a copy of it, to register your personal information. Check-out will normally find place before 10.00 am.

Deposit
Guests are responsible for the proper use of furniture, linen and objects of the houses, and the proper use of furniture in the private and common areas. We work with a safety disposal of €.200,00 in cash, which will be returned before departure. The property has the right to deduct this amount in case of damage, subject to any greater compensation.

Tourism tax
According with the City Council of the City of Fiesole, non-residents staying overnight for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights in the same structure, pay a tourist tax of €.2,00/person/night. It is non-applied to children under 8 years of age. Please beware that we will charge this tax upon arrival on behalf of the City Council.

Cleaning
Please look after the apartment with normal care and respect for our home. When you leave, we would appreciate if the refrigerator is empty, and the apartment is in a tidy state. Please throw away your garbage according to the current Tuscan waste regulation; plastic, glass, aluminum, steel and paper must be collected separately. Please don’t smoke in our apartments.

Swimming pool
Opening times from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm, there is no lifeguard. It is not allowed to use the swimming pool outside the opening times and children under 12 years old can use the pool only with the presence of an adult. Diving isn’t allowed. Please be so kind to take a shower before entering the pool, it prevents the dispersion of sun cream in the water. Please don’t leave flip flops, airbeds, toys and other objects in the pool, on the sun bed or in the lawn. Access to the pool is exclusively reserved to registered guests of Casale Giuncarelli.

Quiet by night
We kindly ask you to refrain from causing loud noises or sounds from 1.00pm to 03.00pm and from 11.00pm to 08.00am.
